James Luceno is an American writer who wrote the Princess Gwenevere and the Jewel Riders episode "The Wizard of Gardenia" and co-wrote "Wizard's Peak". He has also previously collaborated with Robert Mandell on The Adventures of the Galaxy Rangers.
